Osaretin Imajiyereobo, Head of Department Voter Education and Publicity in Plateau confirmed the fire outbreak in a statement on Sunday, 10th February. The National Association of Nigerian Students has announced plans to boycott the 2019 elections over the lingering strike by the Academic Staff Union of Universities, ASUU.
