In a medical first, researchers from the University of California, San Francisco have managed to transform human stem cells into insulin-producing cells. The Independent National Electoral Commission Office in Qua’an Pan Local Government Area of Plateau State, on Saturday 9th February, 2019 was completely burnt down. Osaretin Imajiyereobo, Head of Department Voter Education and Publicity in Plateau confirmed the fire outbreak in a statement on Sunday, 10th February.
